* If you are using your pc for all of the above plus some accounting and business purposes then a Pentium - IV 2.8Ghz with minimum 256mb of RAM and 80Gb of Hard disk is required. Also you may consider installing a CD-Writer for your data backups.

* If you are using your pc for all of the above plus some Graphics and Design software like photoshop, coreldraw, Autocad or if you are an IT professional (Software Programmer) etc.. then in addition of High CPU speeds you must consider a good quality Video Graphics Card installed in addition to Pentium-IV 3.0ghz and above, 1Ghz RAm and above with 160gb of Harddisk space. Additionally a DVD-Writer is essential to make backup and transfer of large graphics files.
