How to know the reason of a dead computer

Suppose a car jerks or coughed and starts to expel smoke, you can make out that something is wrong with the car and you get aware of it that something worse has happened. But why it is such that without any previous warning the computer shuts down?

Well, it is not that it does not warn you but if you do not recognize the early warnings it gives rise to more difficult problems. So it is necessary to detect the early symptoms as it may give rise to undetectable problems to which a common user may find it difficult to solve it easily.

There are some reasons which give rise to behave strongly in computers such as viruses,adware,spyware and botnets.Likewise it is same in cars i.e. low air pressure, bad gas, and even bad quality of oil. Mostly people get scared if they find some of this problem in there car and are only satisfied when there car is checked by its mechanic. Same should be with computers that it should also give warning before hand. But there are some common warnings which are as follows:

Well, first see that windows do not freeze or ask us to wait (with the sign of sand clock) for long period of time.

When computer is ON, see that screens and application window runs with windows startup.

Computers do not suddenly divert our mind. When new application windows appear with any message, see to it that it needs your attention. Try to learn which application is responsible.

Keep speakers ON regularly as it keeps us aware and for one or the other reason it helps to detect if something is wrong.

If a program is install previously than you are a master with full privileges; and if windows revoke privileges denying access to components like control panel than the problem is much worse than you know.

Finally, we can say that science has not advanced so much in computers that through the bad smell of gas or burning of some wires as in cars a user can make out that there is something wrong in computers too.

But if we recognize the warning signs before hand it is easy to use computers easily and to familiarize you with its use. This provides a “BASIC IDEA”. And if computers actions varies from its basic behavior than check out why it is behaving strangely.

Physical symptoms indicate physical problem if any four out of five senses catches computers odd behaviour,you might be looking,smelling,hearing or feeling(but not tasting the computer) the need for physical repair. But behavioral problems tend to indicate software problem for which labor help is must.

There are problems of two “Varieties”. Hardware and Software. Hardware may need a change of some part of computer. Software problems involve mainly labor cost. Saying that it is “working slow” is not a clear diagnosis. It is better that technician diagnose problem clearly to avoid worst problem to occur in future. It is also necessary that even if minor problem occurs it should be given attention to avoid further problems which may be hazardous to solve.
